Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Introduction

AI DEV SOLUTION LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is the developer and owner of the Daily Life Hacks, Tips, Tricks mobile application (the "App"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the App.

2. Scope of Agreement

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and AI DEV SOLUTION LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

4. App Features

• Generate and manage two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
• Securely store sensitive information using Vault
• Protect user accounts with enhanced security measures

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some features require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for unused time unless required by law

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not access your Vault data without your consent.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for data loss or indirect damages

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

9. Third-Party Beneficiary (Apple)

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
